Pure flattened rice used in many types of dishes. Also known as Poha in Hindi, these are basically rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes originating. The flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquids. This product usually prepared as a breakfast item or a snack.
